Terms of Service
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Throughlines (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Throughlines on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
The Service
Throughlines provides read-only revenue analytics that consolidate your recurring revenue across connected Merchant-of-Record platforms (Polar, Paddle, and Lemon Squeezy). The Service reads data from accounts you connect and presents metrics such as MRR and its movements.
Analytics are estimates and may differ from the figures reported by a given platform. Throughlines is an analytics tool, not a system of record or an accounting, tax, or financial-reporting product. Do not rely on it as your sole source of financial truth.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and connected access tokens secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We store connected platform credentials encrypted at rest and use them only to read your data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others;
- resell or misrepresent the Service.
Third-party platforms
The Service connects to third-party platforms you choose. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them. Throughlines is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polar, Paddle, or Lemon Squeezy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those platforms.
Plans & billing
Throughlines offers a free plan that includes a single connected platform. Connecting more than one platform and other premium features require a paid subscription, billed through Paddle. Paid fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or the accuracy or completeness of any analytics. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Throughlines and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
